A work on paper by Allen Edward Kubach and/or Marjorie Shaw Kubach. This couple produced figurative and abstact works in the 1960s and 1970s in New York and then later in New Jersey. This work, a Magic Marker drawing on newsprint, is from a collection of works on paper acquired after the passing of Allen Edward Kubach. This print is a reproduction of the original which is very fragile and not archival due to the acid content in newsprint. Working directly from the original we made an archival pigment print on 100% cotton rag watercolor paper then framed it in a period-appropriate gold wood frame.
