Description

OK people. These are amazing. We acquired these towels from the estate of a well known fashion designer. The zodiac drawings are by Jean Cocteau. These towels were sold in the 1960s at Monoprix, a department store in Paris. They measure 21 × 42 inches. The design is woven in 100% cotton terry cloth therefore it is reversed on the back side. Each towel is in excellent condition. There are a few hard to notice pulled threads causing a gap in the weave.

The price is PER TOWEL. Email shop@raynewyork.com to specify which towel you prefer. Select from Aries, Libra, or Scorpio.

We recommend hanging them from bars as indicated in our photo. They also look good framed.

Éditions Fenwick produced a portfolio of these Cocteau zodiac drawings.
