An original polymer painting series on masonite by Michael Aron titled “Interlocking” dated 2021. This abstract work was inspired by the artists Josef Albers and Kazimir Malevich. Each painting in the series is framed in soft bronzed wood and measures 26×26 inches. As a horizontal group, with adequate spacing, the width almost 9 feet—perfect for a hallway or above a couch.
Michael Aron studied art and design at the Wooster School in Ridgefield, CT; The Academy for Fine Art and Design in Genk, Belgium; Syracuse University; and got his BFA from the Cooper Union for the Advancement of Science and Art in NYC. He lives in Brooklyn and Greenport and is the proprietor of Ray New York.
