Framed in white/oak with a generous 8-ply acid-free mat and gallery acrylic glazing. 30 × 36 inches. Signed in the plate. The print features a quote “I loafe and invite my soul”— Walt Whitman, Song of Myself. Sister Mary Corita was an artist and educator known worldwide for her socially-aware Pop-Art silkscreen prints that combine bold images and words often borrowed from literature, songs, advertising, and the Bible. She appeared on the cover of Newsweek in 1967.
