Superb op-art vase by Alboth & Kaiser (Alka Kunst), Bavaria, W. Germany. radiant sun design in a purest of pure white matte glazing on the outside and glossy on the inside. Very fine midcentury design — a gracefully flared pedestal shape. Manufactured between 1960 and 1967 (stamp change). Never used. Bottom markings AK logo and illegible number stamp. Original red foil AK logo label intact.
