9-347 Inzolia Grape, Ampélographie, Paris, 1905

$345.00

This poster-size giclée print on archival watercolor paper is based on a French lithograph from a study of wine grapes and vines otherwise known as an “Ampélographie.” The image in this early scientific journal was in fact also a reproduction of a painting by A. Kreyder made in Paris in 1905. We took the original litho and replaced the white background with black to dramatize the color of the grape cluster. We placed it in a vintage gold-leaf frame with museum glass. The overall size is 23 x 34 inches.
