After the original 1956 Greenport Sky-Way Drive-In Theatre poster. Greenport is on Long Island, New York locally known as the North Fork. The vintage lobby cards are composed in wood type then hand-printed in small numbers on heavy card stock. Very few originals remain as they were considered disposable. They are the standard size, 14 x 22 inches, to fit displays that were installed in the theatre, in nearby restaurants, and on exterior walls around town. They were manually replaced whenever the movie changed.
Offered here is a fine art reproduction of the original lobby card printed on 100% rag archival paper to preserve it for decades to come. It is 17½ x 25¼ inches in a custom white wood frame, ready to hang. Produced on demand so please allow 2 weeks.
