Ray design shop features vintage decor, original artwork, and modern objects for the home. Our retail shop is located at 15 Front Street adjacent to the waterfront restaurants, galleries, and hotels in historic Greenport, NY on the North Fork of Long Island.

Original Art

Original paintings, monoprints, drawings, sculptures, assemblages and other one-of-a-kind works of art. Many are from the Mid-Century. We also have works by well-known contemporary artists, local artists, family, and friends. We have completed many commissions for homes here on the North Fork. Delivery and installation available.

Vintage Prints

VIEW

Original vintage etchings, stone lithographs, woodcuts, silkscreen prints, monotypes, offset lithographs, and other works on paper that have been produced in multiple. Some are rare small editions, some are from larger commercial printings.

Contemporary Prints

VIEW

We offer reproductions of 20th Century lithographs from our personal collection, as well as original poster art and photography. Fine art “giclée” prints are gallery-quality pigment prints on archival paper using fade-free 12-color archival inks for crisp contrasts and 100-year longevity.

Posters

Vintage and contemporary silkscreen prints, offset lithographs, and other works on paper that have been produced in multiple. Most posters advertise an exhibit or cultural event. Some are rare small editions, some are from larger commercial printings.

North Fork Posters

We have a large collection of original event and theatre posters offered for sale. They include advertisements for the Greenport movie theater on Front Street, the Greenport Sky-Way Drive-in on Route 25 (defunct), the John Drew Theater in East Hampton, as well as various parades, dances, and bazaars hosted by the Greenport NY Fire Department and other Greenport entities.

Here, we showcase sculpture, tableware, lighting, baskets, serving trays, candle holders, tea light holders, serving utensils, teak bowls, and other decorative accessories. In addition to vintage furniture, we feature new furniture by Cherner Chair. We occasionally stock out-of-print design books.
