Set of two porcelain dishes in the “Delphis” pattern for Poole Pottery, England. Vivid red background with colorful hand-painted abstract design in a glossy glaze. Marked on the white underside. Produced in the early 1970s. Very good condition, no chips or cracks. 4×4 inches. Poole pioneered the application of this glaze which bleeds from one color into the next—therefore each hand-painted piece by Poole is unique. These gems come in their very own original box.
