“The Old Crab Shack” is near Orient, NY. This structure, a former club house for a nearby hotel’s kitchen staff known to locals as “The Old Crabs.” It sits overlooking a marsh rich with waterfowl, scallops, clams, oysters, and crabs.

Michael Aron studied art and design at the Wooster School in Ridgefield, CT; The Academy of Fine Art and Design in Genk, Belgium; Syracuse University; and received his BFA from the Cooper Union for the Advancement of Science and Art in NYC. He is the proprietor of Ray New York.
