Description
Luke and Rolland Lietzke designed produced handmade porcelain wares and studio pottery in Akron Ohio from the 1950s until the 1980s. This set is signed by them and is a pure joy to behold. The simplicity of the forms and the slender tapering of the shapes are quite remarkable. The decanter is almost 16 inches tall. There is a small chip to the underside of one cup not visible when displayed. There is a fleabite and hairline crack in a second cup. A third cup has a hairline crack too. Price reflects this condition.
