Description
We’re a huge fan of work by Cuno Fischer, the designer who drew this fabulous psychedelic lion. This piece is 4¼ × 4¼ inches. It has a hanging hook on the back so it was meant to be displayed on the wall. It also would function as a candy or nut dish.
This design is usually a colorful lion on a white background. I’ve never seen this rare version — a white lion on a black background.
It is marked on the back with the Rosenthal Studio-Linie logo and the Cuno Fischer signature.
