Description
A tricorn crystal nut dish or catchall or ashtray made from clear-to-yellow-to-amber ombre sommerso glass with a thick clear base. Very cool. 1.3 lbs / .55 kg of art glass. Note the very thick walls. No chips or fleabites. Nice and sophisticated. Made in Sweden, probably in the 1960s, by Strömbergshyttan. Signed on the bottom. 4 inches.
It’s worth noting that Strömbergshyttan almost never did this color glass, they always did a pale blue or clear.
