Stunning and large contemporary sommerso art glass in the style of the best Murano vase designs. Made in Brazil by Cristais Cá d’Oro. It weighs 7.9 lbs. and is 12 inches tall. It has a few small bubbles from the glass blowing process but is otherwise in excellent, unused condition. Original foil label “Made in Brazil” on the bottom.
Mario Seguso and Piero Toso —famed Murano glass artists— founded Cá d’Oro in 1965. The name was chosen in honor of the Palace in Venice, which means House of Gold.
