Description
Superb blue-gray, gold, and clear Mid-Century Modern faceted block art glass in the style of Flavio Poli for Seguso. It’s hard to describe the beautiful way light refracts through this form. It is a ball form with flat cut sides. The tri-color sommerso technique glass layers are most visible at the juncture of the round and the flat surfaces. It would function well as a vase, a trinket / pencil holder, a paperweight… but we consider it a glass art sculpture. A gallery favorite when we can find them. 4 inches tall.
