Made in 2020 by Kate Eickelberg, Oakland, CA. 18k yellow gold. 18 inches long. This necklace is cast with the texture of Northern California beach sand. The recesses in this texture are matte, while the raised parts are shiny, giving you a subtle sparkle.
Kate earned a BFA in sculpture from Pratt Institute in 2007.
