Bold graphic dot design adorns this bulbous vase from Peru. The style is Op-art 1970s. The design is intentionally rustic, with visible painted lines and distressed areas of color. It is 6.5 in. tall. Black, very dark brown, and ivory. The Chulucanas region is known for its fine folk pottery. There’s a rough spot on the lip. This piece is fired very low so it is recommended for display or dry flowers only.
