Description
Designed in 1949 by Ingrid Atterberg, this “Spiral” vase is an iconic piece of Nordic ceramic design. It was produced in several sizes by Upsala-Ekeby, Sweden. It features hand-painted glaze in alternating bands of glossy pale yellow and light gray-white on a matte sepia ground. The interior is glazed glossy yellow. Fabulous. 10½ inches tall. Excellent condition without chips or cracks. Marked on the bottom ABG UE 2049.
