Description
A reproduction made directly from the limited edition lithograph by Camille Hilaire, 1965. Titled “A la recherche du paradis perdu” or “In search of the lost paradise.” This facsimile is an archival pigment print on fine art paper. This artwork is similar in both style and theme to the large tapestry we have in the shop.
The framed size is 30×40 inches. It has an 8-ply acid-free mat, gallery acrylic glazing, and a minimalist matte gold wood frame.
Camille Hilaire (1916–2004) was a Cubist painter and weaver from Metz, France. He produced a vast body of work: lithographs, paintings, architectural murals, and large wool tapestries.
