22-422 Original Mary Cox 1950s Fishing Boat Watercolor
Offered here is a plein-air watercolor painting depicting a fisherman docking in Maine. It was done in the 1950s by my maternal grandmother Mary Cleveland Bostwick Cox. Cox was a prolific artist who traveled extensively, always with her watercolor kit in hand. It is presented in its original hardwood vintage frame. The 70-year-old artwork shows signs of age, as does the frame.18×22 inches as framed.
