Galerie Maeght in Paris is the leading European representative of modern artists. In 1970 they reproduced a drawing by one of their favorite artists, Saul Steinberg on a poster promoting a cultural event for their foundation. “Nuits de la Fondation Maeght.”

Offered here is the rare original 23×35 inch poster featuring a gold seal in the sky. Steinberg was often incorporating this motif in his original drawings. A nice touch. Unknown edition, signed in the plate. Very good condition.
