23-324DC Warhol Soup Can 1973 Exhibit Poster 24×33

The Städel Museum in Frankfurt, Germany produced this exhibit poster for their 1973 show titled “Amerikanische Graphik seit 1960.” This original color silkscreen vintage poster was hand-carried back from Germany in 1973. It was never displayed or framed. It has a few age spots and minimal signs of handling. The DayGlo inks are vivid. The image of course is one of Andy Warhol’s famous Pop Art soup can artworks. Warhol printed many of his works using this same silkscreen (serigraph) technique. It measures 24×33 inches. It is currently unframed.
