Offered here is an original painting on board by Michael Aron “Crab Shack Reflected” 2023. 51×23 as framed in charcoal gray wood frame. It depicts “The Old Crab Shack” near Orient, NY. This structure, a former club house for a nearby hotel’s kitchen staff, sits overlooking a marsh rich with waterfowl, scallops, clams, and oysters. These guys were called “The Old Crabs.”

Michael Aron studied art and design at the Wooster School in Ridgefield, CT; The Academy of Fine Art and Design in Genk, Belgium; Syracuse University; and received his BFA from the Cooper Union for the Advancement of Science and Art in NYC. He is the proprietor of Ray New York.
