23-406 Aron Original Vases Still Life 16×20

Offered here is an original painting on canvas board by Michael Aron titled “Two Peru” 2023. 20×16 as framed in matte black aluminum. It’s title is referring to the 1960s vases. On the left is a vase made in Peru by the Chulucanas tribe. On the right is a vase made in Sweden by Mari Simmulson while she worked for Upsala-Ekeby—she called the design “Peru.” The center one is made in Japan by Takahashi.

Michael Aron studied art and design at the Wooster School in Ridgefield, CT; The Academy of Fine Art and Design in Genk, Belgium; Syracuse University; and received his BFA from the Cooper Union for the Advancement of Science and Art in NYC. He is the proprietor of Ray New York.
