Assemblage / wall sculpture in painted and stained wood by Vincent Torre, 1986. Torre studied at the acclaimed Art Students League, and with Josef Albers at Yale. He owned the Picture Perfect Gallery in East Quogue and The White Barn Gallery in Mattituck. 13 × 23 inches. Signed on the back. This piece reminds us so much of the best work by Joaquin Torres-Garcia, a Mid-Century artist from Uruguay.
