Amazing deeply embossed abstract contemporary original monotype with acrylic paint embellishment by Bruce J. Bloom. It measures 14 × 14 inches, currently unframed. Bloom (1935-2019) had a long career in advertising before turning his attention to painting and printmaking. He was a resident of the North Fork of Long Island, not far from our gallery. His work was varied, including abstract and figurative subjects. One commonality is a superb understanding of color and composition. We acquired his work directly from the estate.
