Offered here is a giclée print on canvas by Michael Aron “Crab Shack Reflected II” 2024. 50 x 26 inches as float framed in matte black wood frame. It depicts “The Old Crab Shack” near Orient, NY. This structure, a former club house for a nearby hotel’s kitchen staff, sits overlooking a marsh rich with waterfowl, scallops, clams, and oysters. These guys were called “The Old Crabs.”
A giclée is a fine art, gallery-quality pigment print on cotton/linen back-stapled canvas stretched over kiln-dried hardwood 1.5 inch deep stretcher bars and coated with a satin UV blocking varnish using fade-free 12-color archival inks for crisp contrasts and 100-year longevity.
