Paul Warren Lett (Brooklyn, 1923-2011) studied at the Ozenfant School of Fine Arts (Paris) and the New School for Social Research in New York, and many of his paintings and drawings have been exhibited in New York City galleries. Letts received a Master of Arts in Liberal Studies degree in 1971 at Stony Brook University, and served as Director of the Informal Studies Program, a groundbreaking continuing education program that included nontraditional course offerings.
