24-251 Mid-Century 16-light Sputnik Chandelier 18 x 18

A fabulous Atomic-Age ceiling fixture “Sputnik” features 16 candelabra lights surrounding a ball center suspended from a brass stem. The overall size is 18 x 18 x 18 inches. It has illuminated our dining room for 22 years (we’re re-doing it with sconces instead of the ceiling fixture). The soft light is flattering. The brass needs a good polish. Two of the light sockets have split from age. You can refurbish it, or use it as is. It is in perfect working order (we had it re-wired in 2008). Comes with 23 spare incandescent candelabra bulbs. The ball joint where the stem meets the ceiling cover plate allows this fixture to hang from a non-flat ceiling.
