An original colored pencil or crayon drawing on paper by Robert Berks. 18 x 14 inches in a black wood frame. This piece was acquired directly from his estate. It is not signed or dated. The original paper is considerably distressed and age-toned. Very early work.

Robert Berks (1922 – 2011) was an American sculptor, industrial designer and planner. Bob was prolific and created numerous sketches, drawings, and paintings; often in service of sculpture and site-planning subjects. He worked for over 50 years in a converted schoolhouse in Orient on the North Fork of Long Island, NY.
