Description
Amazing set of rare cobalt blue cased glass goblets in the style of Carlos Moretti, the master glassblower from Murano, Italy. Sold as a set. It is quite unusual to see the blue on the inside, white on the outside. This form is most often the reverse. These are handmade beauties with several indications of the craft of glassblowing. There are seams where the glass stem is joined to the foot and prominent pontil marks. There are unfortunately some chips on the bases. We display them, we don’t drink from them. Unmarked.
