Offered here is a fine vase designed by Bo Borgström for the Swedish fabricator Åseda Glasbruk in the 1960s. It features very heavy mouth-blown crystal in a wonderful soft yellow gold that fades to a richer amber gold toward the bottom. The shape is slightly aspherical—rather unusual actually.
Note that the original factory paper label is intact. This often indicates that either it is new old stock or that it was extremely well cared for and displayed, not used.
