Intact labels says Lausitzer Glas Crystal Made in the German Democratic Republic (in English). Fabulous concentric rectangles offset from the center in white on clear bent glass rectangular platter with rounded corners. Very mod 1960s design. Large too: it’s 12 × 8 inches.
