Marked Cambridge, EPC [electroplated copper]. We bought this in England in the 1970s. It is a brilliant design with reed-wrapped handles and a very restrained set of three lines running around the circumference. We cannot find a similar set anywhere so it is considered rare. Very good condition with three tiny impact marks. The top hold sugar, the middle holds cream, and the bottom teapot holds two cups of your favorite hot beverage. Sweet! It was only displayed, never used.
