Description
This fine piece of studio pottery is signed by Stanley Ballard, the well regarded craftsman from the 1950s. His pieces are very collectible and this one is great. It’s in a pale gray with a fine speckle texture of his trademark chocolate glaze. The corpus is spherical, then a long tapered neck. Fine chocolate edging to the mouth. A perfect beach cottage decor item. 4 × 4 × 7½ tall. Handmade in Vermont.
