We’ve never seen this footed pedestal form before and we love it. So mod! Could also be used as a vase for a group of roses with their stems cut very short perhaps. Bright white cased glass above, black glass below. Very architectural form. 4 wide, 8 inches tall. Mid-Century Modern style.
