Description
This fine piece of studio pottery is signed by Stanley Ballard, the well regarded craftsman from the 1950s. His pieces are very collectible and this one is great. It is in a deep gray green with a fine speckle texture of his trademark chocolate glaze. Rectangular shape flares wider at the mouth. A perfect beach cottage decor item. 6 × 6 × 3½. Handmade in Vermont. Pro-tip: a customer uses them for guest bath towelettes.
