Cobalt Blue Controlled Bubble Bullicante Paperweight. Cobalt blue, heavy, controlled bubble paperweight reminiscent of Murano glass from the 1970s. Archimede Seguso of Murano, Italy invented the controlled bubble technique by inserting metal prongs during the formation of the glass vase. It is called “bullicante” because it resembles boiling water.
