23-359 Jon Aron Typographic Poster 14×28

One of my favorite memories is visiting my father’s graphic design studio as a young boy. This poster hung over his desk. He designed it for a local printer. It was mailed to prospects to drum up business. “The Milford Sampler, Words Worth Knowing, From the Dictionary of Early English.” His choice of expressive woodtype is just perfect. The original was recently discovered in an attic box. We’re offering very good reproductions of it, framed as shown, 14×28 inches. “Don’t Snirtle!” Design: Trinkaus, Aron & Wayman, 1960s, Norwalk, Connecticut.
